International Research Project Twin2Degrade Launched Under Horizon Europe

The Schulich Faculty of Chemistry warmly congratulates Prof. Ashraf Brik on joining the international research project Twin2Degrade as an advanced partner. The project has secured major funding under the prestigious Horizon Europe WIDERA Twinning program.

Coordinated by the National Hellenic Research Foundation (NHRF), the initiative aims to establish NHRF as a leading center for Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) research. Prof. Brik will serve alongside Nobel Laureate Prof. Aaron Ciechanover (Technion) and Prof. Ivan Dikic (Goethe University Frankfurt), contributing scientific leadership, workshops, staff exchanges, and strategic mentoring.
