Our machine shop provides design, manufacturing and technical support for current Research and Educational Projects of our Chemistry Faculty, for other Departments within the Technion and for external clients.
Our highly skilled technicians possess a wide experience in manufacturing prototypes of range experimental apparatus and separate precision parts according to individual specifications using different materials including plastics, stainless steels, aluminum, brass and refractive metals. Our machine shop provides also repair, maintenance and modernization of existing scientific instruments and experimental equipment of teaching labs.
Our machine shop has comprehensive range of conventional machines as well as a computer operated lathe and milling machines to enable the manufacturing of precision parts and parts with complex shapes.
